E-FLEX Rubber expansion joint

The E-FLEX rubber joints have been used successfully for more than 20 years in pipelines carrying fluids under pressure and at various temperatures. The rubber joints are also widely used as vibration dampers to isolate the devices (pumps etc.) From the piping; the installation of a joint E-FLEX allows:

reduce the axial, lateral and angular due to thermal expansion of the piping.
dampen the mechanical vibrations generated by operating machines
stop the propagation of noise.

Type of Flanges

E-FLEX couplings are usually supplied with swivel flanges drilled according to UNI PN 10 and PN 16. On request we can supply flanges drilled in accordance with other Standards such as ANSI, AWWA, DIN, JS etc etc.
Materials: Standard carbon steel with galvanized finish, on request other materials such as stainless steel. (AISI304/316/316L)
